Spa Information
When should I arrive for my appointment?
To make the most of your spa experience and support the benefits of your treatment, we recommend you arrive a minimum of 15-30 minutes prior to your scheduled service start time.

What should I bring with me?
Please leave valuables at home or in your locker. Lockers are avaialable for Victory residents only. A bag will be provided to all guests recieving multiple spa services. The spa is not responsible for lost, damaged or personal belongings left behind.

During Your Treatment
What should I wear?
This is a matter of personal preference, and we will never compromise your modesty. During all treatments you will be properly draped for ensured privacy. Many guests choose to disrobe completely, but others prefer to leave their undergarments on. Therapists will only expose the portion of your body that is being treated at the time.

What if I have special health concerns?
Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your treatments or use of our spa amenities when making your reservation. First time guests will be asked to complete a personal health form prior to receiving any treatments. Communication with your service provider is essential for you to receive the most personalized care. All information is confidential.

What services can I enjoy during pregnancy?
We offer many services that are both safe and enjoyable for expecting mothers. We will be happy to assist you in selecting the perfect treatment(s). Certain treatments and techniques may not be suitable during the first trimester. We recommend that you check with your physician before booking any spa services.

How old do I have to be to enjoy spa services?
Massages and facials are offered to children ages 14 and older. Those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Cell Phone Policy
Please help us to maintain the serenity of the spa by refraining from using your cell phone and camera while enjoying the spa. This also ensures the privacy of all of our guests.

Cancellation/Change Policy
As a coourtesy to our providers, please allow 24 hours’ notice of changes or cancellations to avoid being charged 50% of the amount of your appointment. No-call no-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment. Please keep in mind that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled services.

After Your Treatment
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and gift cards. We are not accepting cash or checks at this time.

Locker Room Policy
The spa is not responsible for personal belongings that are left behind. Lockers are avaialable for Victory residents only. A bag will be provided to all guests recieving multiple spa services.Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in locker rooms without an adult.

Gratuity
For your convenience, an automatic 20% gratuity will be added to your service.  Gratuity can be modified at checkout.
